3. Handling of Personal Data

(5) Transfer of Images to operator of Kiosk Terminal
The Kiosk Terminal is operated and managed by an independent third party, not by us. Printing performed through the Kiosk Terminal is not a part of this service, but a service provided by the operator of the Kiosk Terminal. The images uploaded in the App will be transferred to the Kiosk Terminal by the corresponding operation you. The operator of the Kiosk Terminal is responsible for the photos transferred to the Kiosk Terminal they operate. In this respect their privacy statement applies.

4. Safety management measures

We will responsibly manage the Personal Data provided by you in an appropriate manner to prevent accidents such as loss, theft, falsification and leakage. For details, please refer to the Information Security Policy and Information Security Report.

5. Children’s Personal Data

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children defined by local laws. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
